A pencil bait that can be fished in winter when wakasagi are inshore. Normally, the pencil bait requires a great deal of skill on the part of the angler, but the balance and weights have been reworked many times in order to create an action that easily induces bites from anyone. The small cup reproduces the splashes and ripples that small fish make when they “wriggle” on the surface of the water. The flying distance, which is unimaginable for its size, is also attractive.
